
Our mission is to provide chefs and food lovers with high quality mushrooms grown with care. We use only certified organic inputs and maintain a pristine grow environment cleaned with soap, water, pressure washing, and HEPA-filtered air. We mimick natural sunlight with UV exposure to enhance vitamin D levels.

Adam graduated from Penn State with a degree in Agribusiness Management and has since built his career working on a variety of Pennsylvania farms, including FNC Farms in Philadelphia, Root Mass Farm, and Oley Valley Mushrooms. He founded Forgedale Fungi in July 2022 in Fleetwood, PA.
