Our goal is to provide customers with high-quality mushrooms by minimizing the time from harvest to market. We currently produce 150lbs of mushrooms per week and are in the process of expanding our operation to increase our weekly crop yield to 500lbs, including several new cultivated varieties.
Adam graduated from Penn State in 2014 with a degree in Agribusiness Management and since then has been working on Pennsylvania farms, including FNC Farm at the Schuylkill Center, Root Mass Farm, and Oley Valley Mushroom. He established Forgedale Fungi in July 2022 in Fleetwood PA.
